WHY PAPUANS PEOPLE OR STUDENTS ARE LAZY AND STUPID NON-PAPUA SPEAKS?

 The origin's of Lazy in Latin word "Piger" refers to " Unwilling to work" or someone who cannot do or work if there's even instructor given any instructions for his/her do or work but they just wait for extra without working or doing any actions of themselves. That type of person as well as known Lazy People.

Defined of Stupid

The Stupid in Latin word "Stultus"  meaning is " Lacking in inteligence"  that this indicates for anybody acts  that there's no concerns about their knowledge and taking action fool or uncontrol themself. What their talk it's through their perspective no learnt or took any sources or never read books, journals, and other stuff like it as well as called "Stupid".

WHY WHEN PAPUAN PEOPLE LOOKING FOR JOB IS ALWAYS THE FIRST ASKING FOR AMOUNT OF SALERY? / KETIKA ORANG MENCARI PEKERJAAN PERTAMA SELALU BERTANYA BERAPA GAJINYA? 

This sterotypes are always thinking or speaking by non-papuans and it's fact they had spoken to me during meetings, and discussion also ever been heard from many People? who knows! The answers onto those  questions arisen; actually we can be dealing with their argumentation as well-being. Well, which we just answer them by saying 'it's okay' or  in anyways as self defense "it's our bad habitual. But I just want to telling you brothers and sisters if we awared to it sterotypes if we when segmentation to see from good to bad and bad to good hand.  Talking about that topics one thing is truth in fact as field praciticed might be some Papua did sort of that character and they captured and then generalized whole Papua into. Although those sounds come-up everyday, we are Papuan in certainly have our own philosopist-Our ancestors were not lazy People. They were dilligent and gentlement.

So when someone asked every Papuans do this but first asking about money? what are good for us to guessed, this is really horrible we do non-Papuan thoughts-that we're going to leave that point or things like that occurs again. Make sure according to this paper I need to tell you all that was my own story. Was what I did since I left Papua moved to Makassar, In Papua and my friends or many people asked even told me went with one topic as I explained here or topic of today is this.  I'd rather not answer to their topic hightligted It does, In my opinion, It comes from their own perspective and of course they got a data and watched themselves I was come up to my mind-I'm not even better to reply these old man during their confested to me.

Even though words like that mostly people speaking but I didn't give myself weakness apportunity anymore, I belived non of papuans spoken us like it. My suggestion to every Papuans just response by saying "It's okay" enhance proof them you're the one different like they said once. We as Papuans must be shyness on that sterotype, on thing: said like this to pushes us to going and proof those people you are very difference as words they spoken in front. Into reality we mostly Papuans do hard workers, to present ourself during that as reflecting that we are, who we are, where we come from! My point of views-The sentence they've sayed that doesn't discrimination or a rasist in terms of they speaking with data it is true and false containes which means 70% are true talked and 30% are not true ones. 

Made confusion is in right here Why do we first ask for money?  question: where is money made up is in the land of Papua or is it making in where?  we could able relized and shy on that truly spoken- and on going straigth up in the point purpose. We didn't even relize sort of questions waved above lika that. It's other do but we are emberassed and non-Papuan thinking on us having same character and feelings suppose to thinking. Too many Papuans are changed  and ours are all not as you think we are differ, My hope words-pharase like that do not throw in common, we all meant "They speak whole on us we thinker" so In wise, Case like that must speak to whome makes action itself.

Whatever you anyone requested you do work for them, who asks you that people know if he gives you or pay you with his money expensive or cheap you just accept that, then work highest than before to showing up your skills and work-done (kerja tuntas) thus do best as creatively that this is seeming as you can do, then when you were do better as perfectly. Making sure your boss or who tells you by doing this that it's okay you fallow. Be politely, prepared good at attitude and do not see from salery but preparing yourself work as who works better certainly you will chosen as responsibily person. 

Being responsibily, and to be working completed or finished person is one of the best your not papuans-is that to called papuan was trasformed, by re-newing, being transformed people or persone which is that attitudes could improve you beyond.

We don't suppose to think making or having money faced or first, Money is secondary thing (jangan berekspektasi untuk uang tetapi uang adalah hal yang kedua, pikirkan tentang karakter kemuka). if you're working as well as money and other stuff will be following you. I guarinteed you can do as greatest work in the world of your work places so that incourage you, when you prepared your character first in right way other things will get you, if you find any jobs if there in one place that your not work no enough makes sure you always thinking and hang your life for temporary lives but not guarentee you or handle you for next day, i suggest you work within belift and full of character and control you attitude will accept you what else.

I cannot stop you for do this but i just remain and remembering you it's worst thing we do, I trully tell you do have character like that my friends and my people, I hope this is my friends and my millenials of papuans.

I need my ages  are not trying to do that, before your integrity is down just stay away from that words as saying " when the people offers you to work in their place with price 50,000 or 100,000 no matter just accept that in the days off running or going far there your boss could observation from you work as harder and responsibility on every tasks he can be given you big project, that comes from seeing what you've done bofere project.

In while you learn work as well as far, someone can be beliver of the leading project is only one principle needed "honest" atau "jujur" always follow intructions leads for the best.

In this part, told us to understand and think adult. No we look like "children" atau "anak-anak"  thinks much-more for having/moving more money, the bad habbits firsly asking for the how much pay for the day-month or randomly are that really-really-really misunderstanding of the core working is calling rarely.

I want to make clear (saya ingin memperjelaskan)  absolutely, we do that are wrong one (sebenarnya, kami melakukan hal ini sangat salah) so how? we should do, we just work in a place that mastering ourself or learning to increasing knowledge and get the blessing to be professionalm workers. Not only for money but work is the got experience in whole you work depending with that you can motivate other people, I must write this breavely because as reflection does not regret your future potensial, work better and validation is that as investation who you people work-with-that sure belive you and then give back opportunity once later.

 

The thing is that No matter you STUDIP is okay, you can learn improve yourself day-by-day could be better, but LAZY is the desease or factorial for your life on lives, which in order I want to emphazise here do be lazy in doing or learning, who is lazy person is no brightly future anymore. 

Goodness your stupid is alright Papuans but do not Lazy remeber lazy people is really horribel or wrong. 

Work with your good character or habbit show world or People Papuans are good

Allow you work reveals and shows them who you are and where do you come from-since you shown you ability people will keep and telling your stories as who does best energy for them company or business. It result very good to great, it would be best sounds, nice to hear when anybody reveals positive vibes to us. It brings our identity and background or ethnicity, only one man can interact to do like it makes your races amazing on talking by others. They suppose will be choosing us to work for them, calling us because we have been giving them good of finishing task or working as they wanted. 

It's starting from ourself, not start from any other persons is yet been. It's all about mine you can be thinking anyway! This is all taking from what is happening around us and it is our bad character on implementing-no needed cultivating terrible and horrible things  like this let's arrange new best one. Once reflecting ours manners-and therefore would bad ones breaking up or leaving then do profitable and useable to each and the company you work!

Though ours deciding is more helpful to work by aware and carefull or worry with what we have for going to working. Whom has worked carefull and be rulers and resposiblity on their position of work that persons the managener and bossess are taking care them and love it. 

My desire-we choose or find jobs where you applied or whereelse you work, anywhere or somewhere or whenever. Do not work in your own rules-not requred, best way, listen your instrutor instrution then thus you do into assistance and controlled whatever they work as they wanted is not always true sometimes false or made much mistaken. When you are mistaken if even anyone gives you some suggestions or advice to set as well as posible why not you can change-means learning from past experience, put your fault such as your best teacher taucht ever. 

Hopefully we are able to do and with motivation to be working as profesionalisme with no much hope or asking for money first. Allowing your work speaks and talks itself, they have not mouth but anyone who watches you will be there-To watch you in every times when you are working. This guy skillers or or not skillers.
